1. Agreement to these terms

Startupsole LLC operates ctrlv.page. By using the website or installed app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use ctrlv.page.

If you use ctrlv.page for a company or another organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that organization.

2. What ctrlv.page provides

ctrlv.page is a paste inbox that runs in your browser and is currently offered at no charge. It can save, search, edit, and copy items in the browser profile where you use it.

The service has no account, cloud sync, or remote recovery. Saved items remain in the browser profile where they were created unless you export and move them yourself. Different browsers, profiles, and devices have separate inboxes.

Content detection and search are convenience features. They may classify an item or match a search differently from what you expect. You remain responsible for checking the item you choose to use or copy.

3. Your content

You keep any rights you have in the content you save. Startupsole LLC does not claim ownership of your local items.

You are responsible for what you place in the app and for making sure your use follows applicable law and respects the rights of other people. Do not use ctrlv.page to support unlawful activity or to interfere with someone else’s privacy, security, copyright, or other rights.

The app does not send local items to Startupsole LLC. We do not monitor or moderate your browser inbox.

4. Backups and device security

Browser data can be lost because of cleared site data, browser settings, software faults, profile removal, device loss, or other events outside our control. Startupsole LLC cannot recover a local inbox. Export anything you cannot afford to lose.

ctrlv.page is not a password manager or an encrypted vault. You are responsible for protecting your device, browser profile, clipboard, and exported files.

One practical rule: if losing an item would cause real harm, keep another copy somewhere designed for that purpose.

5. Acceptable use

You may use ctrlv.page for personal or business purposes. You may not:

• interfere with the service or another person’s access to it;
• attempt unauthorized access to the service or its hosting infrastructure;
• bypass security or technical controls;
• send automated traffic that overloads or damages the service; or
• use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

We may restrict access to the hosted site when reasonably needed to protect the service, its users, or its infrastructure.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of ctrlv.page. We do not promise that the service will always be available, free of errors, or compatible with every browser, extension, operating system, or device.

Offline use depends on the browser preparing and keeping the required app files. A browser or device may remove those files. We will update the Privacy Policy before a product change alters how personal data is handled.

7. Ownership of the service

The ctrlv.page name, branding, design, and original site content are owned by Startupsole LLC or used with permission. Software, fonts, and other material supplied by third parties remain subject to their own licenses.

These terms let you use the service. They do not transfer ownership of ctrlv.page or its original material to you.

8. Outside services

ctrlv.page depends on services and software supplied by others, including your browser, hosting infrastructure, and Google Fonts. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Startupsole LLC does not control their availability or independent data practices.

9. Warranties and liability

No warranties

ctrlv.page is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Startupsole LLC makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, free of errors, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Startupsole LLC is not responsible for lost or corrupted local items, loss caused by browser or device changes, loss of access to the service, or indirect business loss arising from your use of ctrlv.page.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

10. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms when the service changes. We will post revised terms and update the date above. When practical, we will show a notice in the app for material changes. Revised terms apply from the date shown. If you do not agree with an updated version, stop using the service.
